SphereMania

F.A.Q

How old do you have to be to participate?

It's all down to how tall you are... you need to be 1m or over for the Aqua Sphere (approx 7yrs old) and 1.4m for the Harness Sphere (approx 12yrs old). Please note the site managers are very strict when it comes to height restrictions, SphereMania has a 100% safety record and we will not let anyone participate under these height restrictions.

How long does it last?

You need to allow 1 hour for the experience... on arrival you will met by the SphereMania site manager who will show you the changing facilities, then will go through the safety briefing for your experience. Other people will normally be booked in at the same time as you but this gives you the chance to watch them roll... then it's your turn!!! At the end of the session there will be plenty of time for photos - and don't forget your certificate.

Can I just turn up at the site?

You can, but it's not advised... it's best to call the contact number for the site you want to visit, check when they are rolling and they will book you in for a roll. This saves you hanging around and guarantees your experience.

What should I wear?

For Harness Sphereing, loose clothing and a t-shirt; for Aqua Sphereing, either shorts or swimwear - make sure you bring a towel as you will get wet! Very wet!! We have full changing facilities at all sites.

Should I bring anything with me?

Bring spare clothes as you might fancy a go in the Aqua Sphere. It's a good idea to bring a camera, and some spare money in case you want a drink at the bar or you fancy another go!!

Is everyone allowed to Sphere?

Not quite... you can't Sphere if you're pregnant, have high blood pressure, have a back or neck problem, or have had recent surgery.
